Sorry guys I was not there on Saturday or Sunday and on Friday I forgot to bring my screen print with your number. There were so many cars to take shots of on Friday I spent my entire visit with a camera on my face. I did wear my SR shirt in the hopes someone would see me snappin. Congrats to Mean Gene! Great, great show!

How many registered for the show? Dance was really crowded but was only half the size for space at the convention center. Went on the house tour this year and drove ourselves, some really nice places.

918 is correct. I won't say how much the 50/50 reached cause I don't want to hear grown mem cry.

I was number 918 and there was one registered right behind me. 919 was the final count but we are all so damn old here that none of can remember what the count was when it went over 900 the last time. They may have set a record this year. Should go way over 1000 next year if the weather is good and the two new motels open. Over $10,000 went to the kids at Camp Callahan this year, thanks to all the great streetrodders out there.

I hope the new hotels are open next year. Had a bad experience with the Days Inn and am just really tired of their excuses. You would think with competition knocking on their door they would clean up their act. The rates they charge for the weekend are expensive. The quality received does not reflect the rate charged. A clean room is not asking for to much and when a complaint is made you should be able to have it resolved. Looking forward to the new hotels next year. This is a great show for a good cause. I would hate to see people driven away because of gouging for third rate rooms.

Brian, unfortunately it happens at nearly every big show. Rates go up, service goes down. It has turned a lot of people off. Bet we won't have those problems at the Hot Time in the Heartland!!

I've stayed at the 66 hotel. No complaints There are good hotels in Quincy, it's just a shame they are all booked and you have to be on a waiting list to move up. I'll be working hard to get another spot for next year.
