I have a 41 Pontiac street rod with stock front end in great shape. I want to convert the manual steering box to power steering. Any one know the best power steering box to use for this? Thanks 41Pontrod

we did a similar switch on a '37 Olds a few years back. should close to the same type front suspension. We adapted a GM power box from a mid 70's full size car. They are all about the same for many years with the major difference being the turning ratio. The only real problem in doing this is that that stock suspension was not designed to handle todays speeds and gravitational pulls that radials, big motors and speed place on them. Be sure to add a sway bar and quality gas shocks in the mix.
