Keep an eye on them and they will continue to rust away, along with the owner. They usually aren't for sale because the owner has good intentions, just doesn't have the time, funds, or know how to get them done. You look at those pictures and there is the potential to make someone very happy, if they could only get one of those cars for a builder.
