I don't know if Im seeing your complete post, But if it's BC/CC try to find a place to make a sharp break and you can avoid a blend line, The BC/CC can be blended, a good blending agent will help alot, If you has a single stage enamel it blends very easy.

I hope that helps, but without seeing the location and not knowing the color or paint type its hard to be to spacific

It all depends on where it is-but I usually blend it in.
