Chasasis could be anything but probably also European. Delehaye is a good guess. Identifying the coachbuilder would be more interesting that knowing the chassis mfr. Appears to be a drawing. Front wheel looks to big to fit underr fender. I did and some of them had the sweeping front fender into the rear fender's. It's a French made car. "Boyd" sold one at Barrett Jackson either this or last year. My guess is still Delahaye. Each of these French coach builders designed bodies similar to your picture.
