Get off the trailer and drive

Like a kid in a candy store. Found a yard close to me with lots of projects. I know if this was back in Fla the cars would be long sold and condos in their place. How about a 1952 White cabover? Build a 2x4 frame, 502, Dodge duely rear and a Fuso front end.

Man that would be a find....never in Illinois, those poor babies would be piles of dust, I mean rust. That would be a cool test for the folks at Rust Bullet

Hard to believe that places like these still exist, but there are quite a few in the southwest. A while back while traveling near Bryce Canyon in Utah, I passed a place that must have had at least several hundred tri-five Chevies on their lot. Don't know if they were selling or parting out. Don't know if they are still there, but they sure didn't lack inventory at that time.

seen a couple like this in North East New York, up toward Lake Placid, only the bottom half of most of them has returned to mother earth. As for the White, there was one that toured the drag strips back in the late 60's...........had an Allison V16 aircraft engine in it............really cool.

Wilys, I don't have a taser, but I do have a small truck and trailer... I'm looking for a 39-47 Dodge truck cab(firewall back) and a spare set of doors so I can crew cab my COE. Roswell???? Maybe we can find some left over saucer parts so I can really make this monstrosity fly!

As a side note Jerry, I'm teaching high school, so I have a "spring break" the first week of April, so I'll have time to come down. I can stick mommy by the pool at a motel and we can go galavanting around if you want.. I've gotta fix the carb on my truck(the linkage on the carb broke) and its stuck at half throttle.. plus get the mighty Cummins off the trailer before I head down too. Shoot me an email or give me a call on my cell (505) 220-1600 and we'll see if we can put a trip together.. Steve
