I have a pete and jakes chassis under my 33 ford-3 window. I have called them a couple of times-One being this morning for a tie rod end. I expained to Jerry (the Owner) I was in a hurry as we are going on vacation next week, and I noticed my tie rod end was wore. Instead of pressuring me into buying one of his he gave me an aftermarket application number to get at the parts store.Every time I have used them I have had great customer service, very friendly And I am very pleased with my chassis.If you need There services I would highly recommend.

I've got a Pete & Jakes chassis under my 29 tudor and think that going to them was the best decision I could have made. Being my first build, I needed a lot of help and advise. I probably called Jason half a dozen times before I finally purchased all the components I needed and he was a great help explaining which items would and wouldn't work well together. A couple of parts that arrived were the wrong ones, but Jason sent out the correct ones immediately and said to return the wrong ones when I got a chance. Everybody makes mistakes, but these guys really respond when the do. I also would like to run into him at one of the big events to thank him.

Jerry and his son Jason, are great, i live about 10 miles from the shop. Jason is doing most of the work, while jerry is in the office, he's not seeing very good now. If you ever get close to KC you have to stop by and talk with them.

I also have a pete and jake chassis that I bought in 92. I broke a coilover shock last year,called Jason told him I needed a new one. Got a new one two days later with out a invoice. I called him to ask about the bill, he told me just send him the old shock no money. You can not find any better people to deal with than Jason and his dad, since then I have bought a complete roller chassis for a 32. Great people to know.

Owning a business myself, I love to hear about great experiences that my customers have had. So I copied this thread and emailed it to P&J.



Got a nice reply from Jason thanking me for letting him know what's being said. Truly classy people. I'll be buying from them in the future.
