Right after WWII, the dirt track craze hit this nation and 30's coupe and sedans made the best dirt trackers. Thousands of those cars lived thier last days like this one. Got any pix you can share of these old dirt cars??

hey i just looked real close i think that may b a friend car his top looked about like that when they got it chopped .Blksheep u ever know a Steve Moore are David breakfield they were round d rounders back when.

No. But when I started racing we did run coupes for a few more years.



I don't know where the picture was taken but the wall looks like Flemington. Worst wall in the Country. Don't ask me how I know.



Have you got that 37 done????? Spring is coming.

hey blksheep great pic That's my old number use to run late models all over fl. got no old mod pics, most of my stuff is tri 5,s .did drive one of Will Cagle old mod's once a 39 ford coupe.

Running @ Flemington-----$250, tow back and forth $75, time spent getting the stagger right $50, intimate knowledge of the wall---------------priceless. The 37's coming along, and like any rod it will never be 'done'. We'll be at OC in May, looking into rentals for the full week.

NO billet but check out those hand fab fender brackets on the 34 alsonoti noticed the stagger in the frt end. Check the stands they are full. where are these two cars at.

They still run these antique couppes and sedans up here in Ontario, but only a few time each year. we have the priveledge of seeing the oldies. I'll see if i can gert more info.
