I don't know. If I had to guess I would say about 1930. This is a sand gravel pit in Swoyersville, PA.

I think it may be quite a bit before 1930. The tires on the trucks appear to be of the solid rubber type. Talk about a bumpy ride! Also the headlamps look like they might be carbide.
